Enrol at JSR
JSR is an open-entry, co-educational school that proudly celebrates its diversity. We are excited that you are interested in joining JSR and becoming part of our diverse learning community.
Enrolments are open year-round; however, to secure your place, we recommend enrolling before August of the year before your intended commencement.
We accept applications for entry across all year levels from Kindy (Pre Kindy by invitation) to Year 12, where places are available.

The Enrolment Process
Step One - Optional School Tour
We warmly welcome you and your family to visit our campus and experience our vibrant learning community firsthand. To learn more about these opportunities, attend a student-led school tour or small group discovery tour.
Step Two - Registration
To begin the enrolment process, please complete our Registration of Interest in Enrolment Form together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and other required documentation, with a non-refundable $40 Registration Fee.
Please also be aware that lodging an Enrolment form does not guarantee an offer.
Please note, we do not accept direct enrolments from International students. All enquiries must be made via AngliSchools International https://anglischools.edu.au/international/

Step Three - Interview
Prior to entry, families are invited to attend an enrollment interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your family a little better. It provides you with an opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have to help you in determining whether JSR is the right school for your family.
In general, interviews are based on the year of intake and the availability of a place in the desired year level of entry. Places are then offered at the Principal’s discretion.
Step Four - Confirmation of Enrolment
On completion of the interview, you may be offered a placement and asked to complete an Offer and Acceptance Form. This form must be completed and submitted within 14 days of receipt. At this time we will also request payment of an enrolment fee.
The enrolment fee for the first child is currently $900, $500 for a second child, $200 for a third child and $100 for any subsequent children. These fees apply to children enrolled from the same family, and are payable at the time the offered places are confirmed by you or your nominated 3rd party.
The enrolment is not complete until the form has been returned and the acceptance fee has been paid.
Our Waiting Pool Process
- JSR offers places up to two years prior to entry.
- We encourage you to place your child on a waiting list for your preferred year of entry, even if it is currently full.
- Casual vacancies do arise, often just before the start of school, due to unexpected changes in circumstances.
- Please note: registering your child and placement on the waiting list does not guarantee an offer of a place.
